Cop OWNED For Planting Drugs On Innocent Man

I have never seen a cop look and act as blatantly guilty as this guy does.  His own partner has a smirk on his face and can barely contain himself the entire time his partner is being berated by the man he framed.

The cop weaseled his way out of trouble by clouding up all the circumstances to the judge.  He was removed from Narcotics and placed on street patrol after this.  I know that seems like a light punishment being that he should have been fired.  However, a demotion like that early on in your career is very embarrassing for a young officer trying to come up in the force.  He will never live this down and will be a YouTube star in a bad way for the rest of his life and he totally deserves every ounce of it.
