Someone has either been snitchin’, or they got a bad batch of Adrenochrome, maybe or maybe not as a result of some kind of synthetic virus being introduced into their bloodstream. They may have already sentenced themselves to death via legal injection, with the cocktail taking several weeks to reach it’s full effects and kill the individual. What a fitting way for them to go.
