More Sadistic & Sickening Behavior From an American Police Officer. “Fmr Asst. Police Chief Arrested for Animal Cruelty for Throwing His Dog in a Dumpster”

Can you see why my characterization of cops as being the “toolbag fatherless sociopaths” who used to shoot the neighborhood cats with BB guns and torture/kill any other animal they could get their hands on, just for fun, isn’t simply me being dramatic for the sake of painting cops in the worst possible light, but rather a spot-on description of their personalities? Cases like this one and the others outlined in this article are testament to this unfortunate reality. Cops are sad, sick, bitch-ass, cowardly, sadistic, narcissistic, power-trippy, emotionally damaged losers who have no business being allowed to carry a weapon in order to supposedly enforce the law. They don’t protect and serve. They maim, abuse, rape and pillage the members of the community that they took an oath to protect. If they have this little regard for people, how do you think they are to going to treat animals? Like this… by throwing them in a fucking dumpster for dead. The cop is the one that belongs in the dumpster. They simply love to snuff the life out of any creature that’s unfortunate enough to cross paths with them. Human,

Fmr Asst. Police. Chief Arrested for Animal Cruelty for Throwing His Dog in a Dumpster

Jacksonville, FL — In the study of psychology, there is a term for those who hurt animals for personal pleasure. It is called intentional animal torture and cruelty and even has its own initialism, IATC. Psychologists have long studied the reasons behind why a person would intentionally harm an animal and the types of people associated with this behavior are often society’s worst. So, when a former assistant police chief throws his own dog in a dumpster and leaves if for dead, this should raise some eyebrows.

While it is common knowledge that police officers kill dogs on a regularly basis, the idea of a cop killing his own dog is shocking.

The former assistant police chief for the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is apparently one of these people. Robert Drummond, 65 was arrested on Thursday on felony charges of animal cruelty after he allegedly threw his dog in a hot dumpster and left it there.

According to the Duval county jail, he is also facing more charges and is being held on intentional causes of a cruel death and unnecessary suffering. News4Jax reports that multiple sources confirmed Drummond threw his dog in a metal dumpster before taking off.

“The dog was found in the dumpster located behind a shopping plaza on Normandy Boulevard on Wednesday afternoon when outside temperatures were in the 90s,” according to News4Jax.

An anonymous witness said he was there when the dog was discovered by another man.

“He said, ‘Somebody dumped a dog in here.’ So I jumped the gate and saw the dog and was, like, ‘Wow,’” the witness said. “He went back and forth getting the dog water. The dog must have drank like three or four bowls of water.”

Oddly enough, Drummond — who also holds a certification from the FBI — either forgot or didn’t care that his dog was microchipped. This is what led police back to Drummond’s home and to the subsequent charges.

NewsJax4 has a crime and safety expert who was reportedly close to Drummond and who says this incident has left him disappointed.

“I know him very well, and it’s not only surprising, but it’s very disappointing,” News4Jax crime and safety expert Ken Jefferson, and former JSO officer said. “You never want to hear this kind of news about a former colleague, particularly one involved in law enforcement.”

Some folks have speculated that this act may go deeper than a man simply leaving his dog for dead in a cruel manner. In the comments on the post, a user pointed out that Drummond may have done this as a vindictive act to hurt someone else.

“Is it a spouse or child’s dog? If so, all that may have mattered was that the dog perished. Being microchipped is just bonus because it ensures the owner is notified their beloved pet is perished. Sick,” they said.

Sick indeed.

Sadly, cops killing animals is not an uncommon act.

Previously, TFTP reported on the case of North Sioux City police officer Derek McIntosh. McIntosh was arrested after he was caught trapping cats in his neighborhood and bringing them to a nearby cemetery, where he would kill them.

Before that, we reported on a cop in Texas who went into a dog shelter, picked up a wooden 2×4 and beat three dogs, killing one of them.

In New York, TFTP reported on two officers who were suspended after they chased down and ran over a groundhog during a police union golf tournament. Three-year veteran of the force, Tyler Sammon, drove the golf cart, and Matt Spath rode as passenger when the two reportedly chased the animal until it was exhausted, and then cruelly crushed it beneath the cart’s tires — possibly more than once — in what the Albany Times-Union deemed an act of “woodchuck homicide.”
