That’s not Katy Perry. I’m not sure what is going on with her, but they don’t appear to care very much about making their replacement versions of Miss Katherine Hudon aka Katy Perry look even remotely believable. The brunette version is at least somewhat close, but the blonde haired version is an absolute joke. I sense a ritual of sorts or perhaps they are signaling that she’s been completely replaced at this point. When you see that a star has dyed their hair blonde like that, they are letting each other know that this particular celebrity has been replaced by a fresh clone.
