Watch the way these despicable people giggle away as they conspire to illegally railroad a man and serve him with a failure to appear warrant, even though he’s clearly there and not skipping court at all, just so they can coerce him into accepting a guilty plea. Unbelievable.
The judge should not have been allowed to retire like that. I hope that this defense attorney is disbarred and the prosecutor as well. But that’s wishful thinking in this day and age. All they probably had to do was throw out a Masonic gang sign or something during their disciplinary hearing and all there problems went away.
