Based on the behavior I’ve been seeing(this is just me), I’d say that 2 billion likely isn’t close to enough people. From where I’m sitting, I’d say a good 80% of the population have proven themselves to be so thoroughly useless and easily manipulatable that I have a hard time justifying allowing them to continue to imprint their genetics upon humanity’s gene pool moving forward.
